Most organizations already have a set of public folders or mailboxes used for resource booking. This application, being a set of html scripts and an Outlook Forms Template that adds searching, overview, services and description functionality to that scenario.
Searching is used to search for a resource that is available on a specified date and time.
The overview shows a full week view of all resources to give an administrative overview of all the resources status. Booked resources are marked in red and booked with services are marked in green.
Services can be booked in the same step as the rest of the booking.
Resource management is integrated so that the creation of a new resource can be delegated.
Resource descriptions are stored in html format so that links and pictures can be included. (integrated html editor)
This software is a shareware. You will be able to download and test Outlook Resources during a certain period of time, then, if it does what you need, you will have to acquire the full version from Outlook Resources publisher. The Outlook Resources 3.0 free trial version contains an installer, and has a size of 52 Kilobytes.
