The IRC applet is grounded on Java technology of Sun Microsystems. JWIRC is a small java applet working from the web page. The applet is multi-channels programm which consequently allows you to have a conversation through several channels at once. The irc applet does not limit you at number of channels. It is possible due to good optimization of memory usage . Users can send and recive files by DCC. Appearance of the java applet completely customized. Webmaster can change any colors, make menues, enter limitations on usage for some fields and commands, make a language pack for any countries, set up changing from words to an images (smile to image) and more. All parameters of the applet are described in it's documentation. The module "banner loader" will help you with advertising. You can load your banners throught a certain interval. "Banner loader" contain only plus version JWIRC. For operation java applet on your computer JAVA plugging is required to version 1.3 or higher Sun company or any versions of Microsoft company. In all Windows* operating systems Java is already present , excluding WindowsXP. For WindowsXP to you need to install service pack for it, if it not already installed (or setup Sun JRE plugging). The java applet represents by 2 files with packed *.class Java files: jwirc.cab and jwirc.jar . File jwirc.cab work with Java from Microsoft, jwirc.jar with Java from Sun.
