hsCADence is a CAD document conversion tool. It converts to/from DWG and DXF, supports five different CAD file versions (r12, r13, r14, AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2004), exports to PDF, BMP and JPEG, and supports scripting and batch processing via command line parameters.
