The program intercepts secret attempts to reconnect a PC to another server, usually located in another country. If a PC is secretly reconnected, the user could expect to pay premium international telephone charges. By simply entering authorized telephone numbers in a box, the program will run in the background and the user may even forget that it's there until a window pops up saying that the PC is trying to reconnect. Then the user can choose to accept the reconnection or abort. Abort is the default action.
