SOS is a application 100% Web and developed in Java, requiring a relationary database (MySQL, PostgreeSQL, Oracle, DB2..) and a Java applications server (Tomcat, Websphere, Resin,..).
It can be implanted in a low cost architecture: Linux + Tomcat + MySQL.
This software is a shareware. You will be able to download and test SOS during a certain period of time, then, if it does what you need, you will have to acquire the full version from SOS publisher. The SOS 1 free trial version contains an installer, and has a size of 1464 Kilobytes.
