FoldMonkey will help you sort, organize, archive and backup your files and folders. Main features include: Monitor a folder for new or incoming files. Rename those files to match specific criteria using tags such as old file name, old file extension and custom text. Move files to a new directory. Create directories based on file names, file extensions, file creation, last accessed and modified date stamps. Make folders by entering custom text. Make folders using the system date (today).
You can also set up FoldMonkey to run as a server service or multiple separate services. All errors are logged and displayed as they occur. For example, if a file already exists, FoldMonkey will tell you. Recent improvements include added support for jpeg photoshop exif tags.
