ArcSet is a program used for clearing of Read Only Attributes on files copied off a CD-rom to Hard disc drive. It is handy for Audio files and magazine bundled CD content or Document archives copied from CD-rom to your hard disc drive that you will need to modify or delete later. When you make changes to files or go to tag mp3 files copied off a CD rom you get 'cannot save changes, read only file' message when. Allows you to Drop Folders on the Desktop Icon or select a whole drive in the program to clear all files of Read Only in seconds. Does all files of type specified e.g. *.mp3 in list, or all file types ArcSet will ignore all files with Hidden and System set.
ArcSet is a freeware: there is nothing to pay in order to get and use it. The ArcSet 1.0.1 free full version contains an installer and an uninstaller, and has a size of 1032 Kilobytes.
