Flash and Pics Control is an Internet Explorer add-on that allows you to easily enable or disable flash animation and pictures. Having flash and pictures disabled lets you reduce the amount of incoming traffic and, thus, save your money. Disabled flash animation (which is generally an advertising) will also considerably reduce a web page loading time.
Pics Control is a freeware: there is nothing to pay in order to get and use it. The Pics Control 2.0 free full version contains an installer and an uninstaller, and has a size of 203 Kilobytes.
